AUTOMATIC DISC FILTER

The filter element of Sea Lions series is composed of a set of discs with grooves on both sides.The intersections

formed  by the edges of the grooves can trap the suspended  particles  in water.With the function of surface

interception and deep agglomeration at the same time,the filtering effectis greatlyimproved.

The backwash process of the filter system works alternately,with the automatically switch between the backwash and working states, the system can ensure continuous water discharge and small system pressure loss.

The modular design of the Sealions series disc filter enable a wide range of combinations of filter units to meet the

The filter unit uses a self-locking buckle with a specially designed sealing ringinstead of common used metal clamp,which makes the filter units'installation and dismantlement more easy as well as better seal.

Each unit is equipped with a filter and backwash status indicating device as well as an automatic air intake and exhaust device, which can prevent the water hammer and improve the backwash.
